Great question! Many companies in this space will offer "Money-Back" or "Score Improvement Guarantees" in their marketing. While these options can seem very appealing, it's important to read the fine print. Many of these so-called "guarantees" have strict pre-test requirements, narrow ranges of covered scores, or other limitations. Many such programs do not even include money back, only a voucher for the same program which didn't work the first time! I have lost count of the number of disappointed parents who come to me after a big-name program failed to live up to both their promises and their advertised guarantee. Please be careful and consult with other former customers of the company online! At the end of the day, your student's score ultimately depends on their focus and preparation during the actual exam. If you want more certainty in the results, monitor their progress and enforce assigned homework. You're also always welcome to reach out to me and ask for a progress report!
